Biography:
Born to a mother of British origin and a father of Kashmiri Indian origin, one of 8 siblings, Katrina Kaif was born in Hong Kong. She lived most of her life in Hawaii after which she moved to London during her early teens. She started off her modeling career at 14, with a jewellery campaign and soon became the face of Lakme. And not too long after that Kaizad Gustad offered her Boom in 2003.
Katrina Kaif has transformed herself from a non hindi speaking model to one of the busiest actoresses today. Deepika Padukone won the Filmfare 'Best Female Debut' Award and was also nominated in the 'Best Actress' category. Her second film, Yash Raj banner's ''Bachna Ae Haseeno, directed by Siddharth Anand and starring Bipasha Basu, Ranbir Kapoor and Minissha Lamba did see her cast in a big role but she was appreciated for her performance in the movie.

Ayesha Takia was raised in Bombay. She claims that she grew up speaking English at home and had to learn Hindi for her film roles. In 2006, Ayesha Takia was amongst the Top Ten on the listing of India's 50 Most Desirable Women Alive, a poll conducted by Zoom, an Indian TV channel.
